The family-owned Zaccaria Ranch, a 278-acre private, gated property transformed into a luxury neighborhood, is now awaiting its perfect residents with twenty various-sized lots on the market and ready to be called home.
Nestled in a private valley, the upscale residential community offering magnificent views of the Texas Hill Country will boast a private gated entrance, an artificial-turf par-3 course and a mid-1850s refurbished wine bar inside an entertainment barn. Construction on said amenities is expected to be complete by the end of the year.
“This land has been a part of my family for over half a century, and it has always been a dream of mine to share the beautiful property with others,” said owner Phil Zaccaria of the serene Bulverde real estate that his Italian father bought in 1968 and left to him.
Only a 19-minute drive to the historic downtown New Braunfels and not much farther to the lively arts and cultural hub of San Antonio, the rich, hilly terrain showcases diverse forms of native vegetation, such as centuries-old oak and cedar trees, a plethora of mountain laurels and their exquisite late-spring blooms, and redbuds that grow along the region’s limestone slopes.
The plots of land available for sale, which range from five to 18 acres, include access to scenic hiking trails, tranquil waterfalls, private caves, recirculating streams, and a 30-acre park tucked away at the base of a 100-foot cliff. With such one-of-a-kind features, the high-end Zaccaria Ranch proves to be an ideal destination for any couple or family seeking adventurous outdoor activities, romantic sunset picnics under the stars, and ultra-luxurious staycations.
Son of Attilio, Phil saw a bright future for the land and has called it his home away from home for quite some time. Living on the property now has given him an amazing vision to convert this ranch into a luxury staycation for homeowners to enjoy and never want to leave. God has shown him that this property must be shared!
Attilio Zaccaria bought this ranch in the 60's and loved everything about this land. He was an inspiration and had so many dreams for this property. He knew it would thrive one day and provide happiness for so many people. He was a first generation Italian US citizen who served in WWII and was a medical doctor for over 50 year in San Antonio, Texas. Dr. Zaccaria spent many hours on his horses, bulldozer and other equipment improving the property you see today.
